Brief History

Background History

Napiness is a coinage of two English words, Nature and Happiness.

Nature, resonating with our belief in the uniqueness of the inherent features of every individual.

And Happiness, a reflection of positive and pleasant emotions, characterized by feelings such as contentment, joy and life satisfaction

The Network was founded in 2023 with a vision to create a nurturing environment for children and young adults, where they can thrive through education, mentorship, and community support as well as giving them a chance at living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

At Napiness, we believe in communal efforts to giving our rising generation the best experiences.

About the Founder

Sandra Mbamah Sore
Sandra Mbamah Sore is the visionary founder of the Napiness Network, a dedicated advocate for educational empowerment and community development. Born and raised in Bolgatanga, but from Pelungu, both in the upper east Region of Ghana, Sandra has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children in the region and is committed to creating opportunities that nurture their inherent potential and happiness.
Sandra graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering. Her academic journey at KNUST equipped her with the knowledge and skills to address complex problems and fostered a passion for making a positive impact on her community.
The inspiration for founding the Napiness Network came from Sandra’s personal experiences growing up in Northern Ghana. She witnessed first-hand the limited access to quality education, mentorship, and resources that hinder the development of young minds. Determined to break these barriers, Sandra established the Napiness Network to provide children and young adults with the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
